My Computer can not access secured sites why??

we have comcast and linksys......main computer dies and was replaced........other computer also direct wired to linksys has new memory and dvd drive replaced at best buy......now main computer is fine and other computer that was just updated at best buy does not get secured sites...it gets on line and the web but will not accesss anything with passwords such as bank sites and email....we brought it back to best buy and it work fine there......back home same thing no secured sites.....wicked confused..........everyone is...comcast tried on the phone with us to fix it.....nothing....linksys tried and wants us to pay to have them try something...no guaranteee.......any ideas.........please help................also may wireless computers in house also working fine...........just the one that was just fixed.... but its fine at best buy so they won't do anything.....i can't wait to hear from you kim

This is no doubt a firewall setting or some type of security setting on your linksys router at home Type this into your browser 192.168.1.1 User name: administrator Pw: admin, here you can check your router settings and unblock these sites
