It appears that this error message is related to the use of McAfee software applications The error is being caused by a failure with mscifapp.exe

To eliminate this error message follow the steps listed below:

Click on Start --> Search --> Files or Folders -> type in mscifapp.exe and search for the file in the location 'Local' drives

Select and delete all the files found

Now, uninstall Privacy Service completely from the computer and then reinstall it
