How do I elect to not accept cookies in IE5?

With Win95 and IE5, Where do I find the option to elect not to accept cookies?

The cookie setting in IE5 has been moved to the Security tab in the Internet Options menu Click on Tools, then on Internet Options, the on the Security tab at the top Click the Custom Level button in the middle to expose the different security settings options The cookies section is towards the bottom.
