What is the solution to the dreaded trojan virus?

I picked up a trojon virus and now when I download all I get are read me files or If the set up download does get a set up icon it says the file is corrupt. Can this be fixed?

This sounds like a pretty bad one as far as trojans go; my best suggestion is to try and download AVG free anti-virus, it is an outstanding virus program with no cost to you From what I have been told, it is also very effective at dealing with trojan viruses Just head over to www.free.grisoft.com and pick it up.Hhopefully it will help you fix your problem Thanks and Good Luck!!
