I've been using Microsoft Word for the past several years.

When I right click on a file icon to delete it and send it to the Recycle bin, the delete option no longer comes up. It worked Ok until the past month or so. Now a Quick Copy box comes up instead of the delete option. I can find no reference to Quick Copy. What is it and why is it coming up instead of the menu containing the delete option?

This is the second question on this in the past two days Hmmm! Have you recently installed any new software? Such as Microsoft Bookshelf ? Or any other programs? This is the answer we gave previously, please help us solve this problem, thanks!

This is likely a software compatibility issue There are a few documented problems with right clicking Do you have Microsoft Office 97? Do you have Microsoft Bookshelf? If you do there is a known conflict where the quick commands of Bookshelf can override the functionality of the right click If you have both we can suggest some help.

If you don't have these software programs then we will look elsewhere Please email your question back with further details of what software you have loaded on your machine, including all 3rd party programs, thanks!
