Will erasing my hard disk make me be able to install Vista?
whenever i shut down my computer none of the settings or programs are saved and the original settings from the beginning are set once the computer is turned on again. i have not been able to upgrade to windows vista because the computer has to shut down and somehow does not keep going with the program. if i just erase the hard disk will it solve my problem and be able to upgrade to windows vista? Thank You
