I uninstalled some programs to make my computer run faster, unfortunately I think I deleted one or two very important ones. One inparticular was a graphics program. Now everything is three times larger than it should be, and all I have for colors are shades of blue, and red. All solid colors are broken up, and I have no idea what I have done????

Can you help me, or have I trashed my computer?????

First of all if you have a backup plan I would rollback; however I'm guessing by your question you didn't have one at the time I suggest going into safe mode and look at device manager and see if there are any exclamation points or question marks You can also download and update drivers to see if that solves your problem If you still have problems I would recommend doing a windows repair.
