Hi during start up, my computer showed an error message. The error was ' keyboard error and stuck key" So we changed to a USBkeyboard and now only the "error 0210 stuck key ff" remains and our computer cannot boot up at all.

So anyway, what is the problem ? But anyway, we were thinking of changing our computer already, so i just want to ask if there's any way we can recover the data inside our current computer(since the hard disk is okay) ?

I would recommend a external hard drive enclosure for your hard disk drive(HDD).

Open up your computer and find the HDD It might be hard to get out, but keep trying All your music/documents/pictures are on there! Disconnect the power cable and data cable If the cable looks like a ribbon, you have an older IDE hard drive If there's a thin red cable, then you have the newer SATA Take note of which one you have.

You likely have an IDE HDD so you'll want a 3.5" case If you have a laptop computer then you'll need a 2.5" case.

Then you would just have to connect your new external hard drive to your new computer via USB.
