I don't know all the details aboput my computer hardware. It is running very slowly. Someone suggested cleaning up the registry. I don't know how to do this. Is there software I can buy to do this for me?

Thanks, Colette

Colette,

I hope you are doing well, the answer is yes there is software you can purchase to do this for you but here are a few other things you can try You can try defragmenting your main drive (most likely your C drive) by right clicking it and selecting properties, here you will have the option to defrag your drive and also check for errors as well You can also scan your computer with your anti virus program to make sure there isn't any malicious viruses Thanks, have a nice summer!
