How do I remove winantispyware 2007 from my PC?

i have spysweeper installed on my computer, and it does not detect winantispyware 2007. i have norton antivirus installed also, and it too does not detect winantispyware 2007. how do i remove winantispyware 2007? it's a pain in the *ss! help somebody!
