I have had my computer for almost 2 years I think and it downloaded an update from Microsoft and after that it would not start up. I tried to put the Recovery disk in and run it but now every time I try and turn it on it shuts off right away. I was just wondering how much it would cost to get my hard drive wiped clean and start like it was new.
Thank you,
Chris Graham

Chris,
This can be expensive depending on what you want to do, you can have your files transferred to your new hard drive which is probably your best bet You may just want to upgrade your drive anyways and there are different options you can explore as far as recovering your old files Thanks, Kevin
