my comp. wont boot up any more

there seems to be no hardware issues i can find.

i have replaced almost every piece.

and still when i turn on power,it stalls out just before the beeps you should hear when boot up begins.

also just sits there with the cpu fan running, and the cd/rom

light blinking off and on.(and yes i tried a new cd/rom to no avail).

also tried new net card, video card, hard drive and monitor.

hope you can shed some light my way thanks.

Hey there it sounds like you have tried almost everything Unfortunately this sounds like it could be a motherboard issue have you had a diagnostics check run yet? I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but I would definitely have you motherboard checked out to see if there are any problems with it This also could be an issue with your RAM not being compatible, have you upgraded your memory lately and are you using two types that are compatible? Let us know how it goes, thanks.
