How to: Add a button to a toolbar in PowerPoint

Solution:

Select 'Customize...' from the 'Tools' menu

1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Customize...' (The 'Customize Toolbars' dialog box appears.)

2) Select a category from the 'Categories' list box

'Categories' list box

3) Click a button in the 'Buttons' group (The description of the button appears in the 'Description' box at the bottom of the dialog box.)

4) Drag the button to the on-screen toolbar where you want it to appear

5) Release the mouse button (The toolbar button appears in the desired location.)

6) Click 'Close' in the 'Customize Toolbars' dialog box
