How do I remove the Contra virus? What type of anti-spyware programs are there out there for me to use?

Do you have a suggestion for software for contra virus popup removal software, free or otherwise? Also anti-spyware program suggestions?

If you are looking for a free anti-spyware program, Ad-Aware SE would be a good choice The only problem with free is, you get what you pay for, if you know what I mean If your looking for a Gold Contender for the anti-spyware of 2007, I would go with Spy Sweeper for $24.95 Well worth the money if ya ask me
