I had a program named "Drive Cleaner" show up on my browser screen. I had done nothing to get it so I closed it. I ran Ad-Aware Spybot, and virus (AVG) and nothing showed up. What's the story on it? I didn't see it in your approved or unapproved software listing.

Thanks,

Carl Mankat

Drive Cleaner is Spyware / Ad-Aware.

Ad-Aware and Spybot will pick it up and remove it.

Make sure they are updated with the latest definition files Open each program and look for the update button and make sure you download all the updates, then try running it again.

If that gets you no where try un-installing it from Ad/Remove Programs.

Go to Start>Control Panel > Ad/Remove Programs

find drive cleaner and hit Change/Remove.

Hope that helps.
