Is a hard drive salvagable when it's been in a flood? I,m not concerned about the computer just the ability to retrieve info. from the hard drive or is it a goner too?

Most likely the hard drive is toast Do not attempt to plug it i until it has completely dried for a few days I would recommend taking it to a specialist before you do anything You might want to try the Data Doctors Recovery service at, https://www.datadoctors.com/services/business/recovery.cfm or you can also search Google for many different data recovery options.
