My laptop no longer acknowledges that I have a flash drive or card reader on my system. These same items used to work perfectly.

The USB ports are ok because I've tested them all with my USB mouse.

The flash drives and card reader also work at my office pc so it is not then... help!

Hello,

This is a tricky question it sounds like the flash drive is ok, but for some reason it is not being detected by your laptop Try going to you laptop manufacturer's website to see if there is a similar post by someone experiencing issues with that type of flash card, or even a downloadable fix that can help solve this problem.

Good Luck, Kevin
