I just bought a new 450mhz Gateway desktop pc and set it up I was able to get on the net immediately, but now when I try to get on the net a screen pops up saying that Cyber Patrol has disabled your internet access, and this Cyber Patrol wants a password,I have only had this PC 2 days and I did not put a password in it for Cyberpatrol,it came pre loaded in my PC.

Is there a way to fix this?

Your best bet in this case is since you just received the computer from Gateway and are still under warranty call the tech support there and have them walk you through the steps of disabling or removing Cyber Patrol.
