Can I recover a file I put in the Recycle Bin and emptied out?

I inadvertently send a file to recycle bin and emptied it. This was a crucial database of my customers for my home business. Is there anyway I can recover the file? Thanks, Lynne

If you shut the computer down right after you deleted the file and haven't used it since there is a chance Otherwise, Windows has probably overwritten the space it was on with swap file information or other data If you absolutely have to have that information, data recovery might be an option Get in touch with any of the five Data Doctors locations and ask a few questions to get some more information about data recovery.
