How do I verify files with xcopy under windows?

In DOS you could use a /v switch with the copy command to verify that the copy was exactly like the original. Is there any way to do this in Win9X? Or does Windows verify by default?

Xcopy and xcopy32 can be used with Windows 95/98 Type this in to look at the flags that you can use with xcopy:

xcopy /?

xcopy32 /?
