How Do I troubleshoot browser problems on AOL?

brand new system, installed aol gold, will let me view any aol, but when I try an internet address it will not connect or find the server error--microsoft explorer cannot find server--have tried changing everything to aol, with no luck

If you are having this problem every time you are trying to access any internet address (not just the same); Please contact AOL You may need to either download a recent version of Internet Explorer at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/windows.htm

Or just reinstall your aol software and check for updates.

One more thing, on your profile it is listed that your computer has 16Mb of memory If this is not an error, please get a memory upgrade to avoid failures while running Windows 98.
