How can I configure my system so I won't get java error messages?

Could you tell me why I get JAVA SCRIPT error messages?

In Netscape Communicator, choose Preferences from the View menu Click on Advanced at the bottom of the list on the right-hand-side Make sure that Enable Java and Enable JavaScript are not picked.
