Can I check to see if people are trying to

At this time I have the "ICQ" that comes up as my home page. I also have their "net detect agent". Is there another web site that has a detect download to alert me if someone is trying to "hit" on me while on the net? ICQ has a long download time, and I don't "do chat"! Thanks, Chuck.
