In Access 2000, using the Label Wizard, I get a report that will not print correctly. In fact I get a message box telling me to enter the Parameter Value for TRIM. It appears that the application will not recognize the standard Access function of TRIM. Gateway has been of no help, I've uninstalled Office 2000 and reloaded from scratch - same problem. I can't use Microsoft because the product code has OEM in it and I'm forced by Microsoft to use Gateway. Talk about a catch-22!

The function TRIM eliminates characters to fit a certain field The Wizard probably thinks there are too many characters for your label This may or may not be the case Try typing 0 as the parameter and see if it will print the entire address on the label If not, you may want to abbreviate some of your words or perhaps use a different font size.
Good luck.
