How do I download Internet Explorer 5?

Why can't I download and install IE 4 or 5? I am using Netscape which downloaded OK...but when I try to d/l Internet Explorer, any of them, it says a file is missing. I prefer IE over Netscape..although I'm getting used to it.

Please re-submit the question with more information such as the exact error message You also say when you try to download IE it says a file is missing Do you actually mean when you try to install it or is it giving you the message during the actual download If it says what file is missing include that information as well.
