I downloaded and installed AnalogX NetStat Live which you recommended in your newsletter. Everytime I start it, Norton CleanSweep thinks it is an installation program and asks me if I want to monitor the installation. I respond "no" and everything is OK after that. I reported this to Mark at AnalogX, and he replied that it is not his problem but a bug in CleanSweep. However, I wonder if his NetStat Live is doing something unusual to make CleanSweep think that something is being installed.

We are not real fond of CleanSweep here at Support4free.com either It is one of many utilities that is prone to "misfire" or report information to you that is irrelevent and will sometimes cause you to take action when none is necessary I would remove CleanSweep completely and let Windows handle your uninstall duties and illiminate the chance of CleanSweep causing any further problems.
