Why can't I get ride of the "mine.exe" file?

my PC got infected with the APStrojan.qa. I found the file Mine.exe, but everytime i try to delete it, comes back into the system. Can you give me steps on how to get rid of this trojan? the files that I need to delete. I saw your message on your page, but it doesnt tell me how to get rid of it.

I will apreciatte your prompt response and Thanks for your help.

The reason that you are re-infecting yourself is that you are not "cleaning" your system Just deleting the "mine.exe" file does not get rid of the virus, it simply is getting rid of one of the symptoms Use an up-to-date anti-virus program such as Viruscan from McAfee or Norton's Anti-virus As was posted, dozens of files are infected as well as your registry Until you get this areas fixed, your system will re-infect itself automatically.
