I have been having trouble getting my computer to turn on. When I press the "on" button and the "sleep button", nothing happens. The screen is blank. I have to shut off the power to the computer and restart it again - then it works. This started happening about 3 weeks ago and occurs about 70% of the time. What is the problem?

Thank you for your help.

It sounds like your computer has some conflicts with the sleep mode My advice now would be to go to the "Start" button, then to "Settings", followed by "Controll Panel." You will then see several icons Double click "power managment." I belive you then need to change one of the settings so that the sleep mode is disabled
