Unable to uninstall HP PercsionScan Program

Unable to uninstall HP PercsionScan Program. Have tried it several ways including in safe mode. I was told to also remove reference to it in the device manager the HP EPST parallel SCSI Adapter, and the Imaging Device. I could not find SCSI Controller.

When uninstalling the following dialog box appears:

This program has performd an illegal operation and willi be shut down.

UNINSTALL caused an invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL at o25f: 780034a0. Any suggestion??? TIA

Your only option short of wiping out the drive and starting over may be to re-install the program then immediately attempt to uninstall it again.
