I am running Netscape 4.5 I mistakenly deleted all of my bookmarks. They are not in my recycle bin. Is there a way to retreive the bookmarks?

Thank You

I too have lost all of my bookmarks, and have been just as frustrated.

The simple answer to your question is no Netscape stores their bookmarks in a file folder located inside the program folder.

Once those files have been deleted the generally cannot be retrieved Your observation about the recycle bin is accurate, they are not sent to the recyle bin once deleted.

The only way to recover your bookmarks will be to start over and re-create it If your not sure about some of the web addresses, check your browsers history by click on the down arrow next to the box where you would type in a web address, some of the site addresses may still be in there.

Sorry.
