Virus Alert! - Extremely dangerous virus on the loose.

A new variation of the LoveBug virus has been found to exist in the wild It has the potential of causing total data loss if infection occurs While the infection rate of this virus is much lower than previous versions, due mainly to the awareness brough forth by the LoveBug, it has a much more destructive payload.

Anyone unlucky enough to be hit by this new strain will likely loose the entire contents of their hard drive This new version is a "polymorphic" virus, meaning that it changes itself every time it spreads The subject line and the filename that is used as the attachment both will change as it spreads, but the subject line will always start with FW: and the file attachment will always have a *.vbs extension

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OPEN ANY FILE ATTACHMENT THAT ENDS WITH THE "VBS" EXTENSION.

This virus will most likely be sent to you by someone you know and trust, so be very careful You CAN NOT contract this virus by simply reading the e-mail message; you must open the attached file (usually symbolized by a paperclip or an icon) so it is easy to avoid this virus if you follow the rules.
