WHY I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY STACK OVERFLOW?

When I start my computer, this message appear: "Terminating thread due to a stack overflow problem. A VxD, possibly recently installed, has consumed too much stack space. Increase the setting of MinSPs in Sistem.INI or remove recently installen VxD's.There are currently 4 SPs allocated". Were I need to go to solve this problem and what I need to do???? I don't know how to increase the MinSPs setting. Can you help me?
