Check your system resources by going to mycomputer ,right clicking, selecting properties, clicking on that and clicking on the performance tab make sure your sytem resources are at 80% or better If not go to run type msconfig , click ok and click on the startup tab of the configuration utility.disable unnecessary startup items you check out more info at www.technet.com if this doesn't work , try using sytem file checker by going to start, run ,type sfc, andclick on ok you can also go to start, shutdown, restartin msdos mode, and type scanreg/restore at the c/windows prompt, hit enter, choose date when system ran correctly, and hit enter this should restore your settings to a date when everything worked correctly.you can learn more about this at www.technet.com
