When I attempt to open any of the following - My Computer, Windows Explorer, Network Neighborhood, my briefcase, or Control Panel, I get an error message: IExplore - This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

I pressed Details and the following: IExplore caused an invalid page fault in the module shell32.dll at 016f:7cb1946.

Then another message comes up - There was an internal error and one of the windows you were using will be closed.

PLEASE Help.
