Logon question

i am on a Novell Network, and after i login to novell, i still get the window for the "Window's Password". i don't believe that the WIndows Password should be coming up if i am logging into Novell. do you know how to get rid of this window permanantly?

UNANSWEREDgo to start, find choose files and folders on c drive and type *.pwl Delete all of these files and restart When windows logon comes up put in logon and click ok Do not put anything in password

section .restart window should be removed
