windows was unable to locate drier for this device
Prior to putting in a new modem, it stated that there was no dial tone. Yet the hard wire was okay. we replaced the modem and now this is the message we got.

Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.You should have gotten the driver on either cd-rom or diskette when you purchased it If you did not get the driver you should take the part back to where you purchased it and ask for the driver Or, you can try going to www.windrivers.com and searching by manufacturer Find your modem manufacturer, go to their webpage and look for the latest driver.
