What to do to install flash animation on E-Greeting card?

Unable to get flash animation to work on E-Greeting card.

When I attempt to install it the bottom corner says done

but the screen is blank.

After researching your question, I found this website that might be able to help you with your problem Log on to http://egreetings.com and click HELP This will take you to their HELP CENTER page From there you can find out what you have to do and what are the system requirements to install the program Please, let us know the outcome If this does not resolve, please resubmit.
