How do I remove the Windows Login screen?

i installed windows 98 second edition when i boot up a box comes up and says enter your password it has a choice of ok or cancel and a box to enter a password you can click ok or cancel and it goes away and conitnues to finish booting .However what i would like is for it not to come up at all i dont need it how do i stop it from coming up
