Blue Screen Error: Will not let me complete re-install of Windows 98se, need help.

Invalid VxD dynamic link call from VWIN32 (01) + 00000714 to device “0009”, service 1.

Your Windows configuration is in valid. Run Windows Setup program again to correct problem.

Also this pops up from time to time. When I am using Internet Explorer 5.01
