How can I remove the screen saver I downloaded from the Internet?

Good Afternoon, I downloaded a free screen saver from compuserve web page and I want to get rid of it but I can't seem to be able to. It is in my control panel and it is called "WILD TANGENT".I can't move to the recycle bin. Its not listed in my add/remove panel. If I right click on it I just get a "open" box. Can you please advise me.

When you drag the Wild Tangent Screen saver from the Control Panel to the Recycle Bin, what is the error message you are given?
