Question #1: To reboot, click the Start button in the bottom left-hand corner Click Shutdown, a Shut Down Windows dialogue box will appear Click Restart, then OK

or

you can press the smaller button on your computer below your ON button This will restart your computer also, if the prior procedure doesn't respond.

Question #2: If your computer freezes on a certain program, you can use your keyboard and press CTRL, ALT, Delete This will display a dialogue box and click the program you want to "end task." If it tells you that the program is not responding, Click "end task" If you have repeated problems, look at our database for further information There are several articles relating to this problem.

Question #3: Disconnections from the internet can be caused from several problems One of the main culprits to this dilemna can be from your call waiting service To check your settings go to: START--SETTINGS--Click CONTROL PANEL--in the dialog box double click MODEMS-- a dialog box will appear "Modem Properties" Click on Dialing Properties button Another Dialogue box will appear Under the "MY LOCATIONS" tab, Look for the section that states "When dialing from here." Check box, "To disable call waiting, dial" You will need to use the scroll button on the side and choose the correct setting Most likely it will be *70 or #70, depending on your telephone company

If this does not correct your problem, please write back and we will be happy to help you further When asking questions, please check out our previously answered questions prior to sending in your questions Many times the question has been asked before When submitting your questions, make sure to be specific with your problems Good luck to you.
