How can I put a desktop icon on my Taskbar?

How can I put a Desktop icon on my taskbar? I don't have a Desktop icon on my Desktop screen to drag there. The only place I found a Desktop icon was in Explore, but it won't move when I try to drag it. Thanks, Don: [email protected]

A:You can put whatever you want in your Taskbar and Start Menu Just follow these simple and easy steps:

Just click on START, SETTINGS, TASKBAR & START MENU The Taskbar Properties will open There are two options (Taskbar Options & Start Menu Programs) Click on Start Menu Programs, this will then allow you to create a shortcut In the command line, type or click the Browse button for the program you want You can then customize what program you want to Add or Remove from your Taskbar or Start Menu I hope this answer your question, if not, please, resubmit.
