I loaded a new program and after I rebooted I cannot get windows to boot. I keep getting a fatal error message. I tried to boot in the safe mode but I get the same message.

Thanks for the submission of your question Unfortunately, you haven't provided enough information for us to use in helping you with your specific problem If you can answer the following questions for us, you could resubmit the question and we could try again to help you.

What program did you load?

What is the exact error message you are getting?

If your computer was working fine before you installed this program, it is clear that this new program has done something to your operating system If you need to use your computer right away, you can try booting the computer to DOS At the command prompt, delete the program you just installed There is a fair chance this will get you up and running, if the program has not altered any of the system files.

When you installed your operating system, did you create any emergency boot disks? If so, try using these to start your machine If you can get in, see if you can unistall the program using Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.

Again, please give us more information and we can help you better.
