Why can't I receive e-mail?

i'm about to lose a friend over important email responses.

in a 2 week time frame he claims he did not get 1 of my emails and in the same time frame he says he sent me four that i didn't receive.

could there be a reason why this happened? it hasn't happened before that i can tell.

Thank you for your question The most common problem for not receiving an e-mail is the address is typed wrong It only takes one character to be typed wrong for it not to be sent to the right person I would suggest that you contact the person by phone or in person and make sure both of you know the correct e-mail address you are trying to send to The next thing to check is your preferences that you have set for receiving e-mail It is possible that you have responses blocked for this person and vise-versa Hope this helps you.
