Hello

I have a problem when using my computer the picture shudders/shakes every now and again. I have tried pressing the antistatic button but it does not help.

Could you tell me if this is a faulty monitor problem or something else and if so how do I stop it.

Regards

Robert Greenaway

A: Hello and thank you for sending your question.

It is very possible that your monitor has gone bad There is a couple of ways to find out if this problem is really a faulty monitor.

First, you can consult your owner's manual to locate the degauss or reset button It will rest the monitor to work properly.

Another thing you can do is to switch with a proven working monitor If you have access to another monitor ( say from family, friends, etc.), I suggest that you try plugging a known good monitor into your machine and see how it looks If it works great, then you know for sure that it is really the problem and it is time to shop for a new one I hope this answer your question, if not, please, resubmit.

Good luck,

LREVERT
