Why do I keep getting a error message that says invalid system disk,please replace and press any key?

i strt the system as normal nd it continues to boot until it begins to verify the pool data at which poin it comes up with a message that reads'invalid system disk,please replace and press any key.....'.an answer to this would be much appreciated as soon as possible because i have a lot of gcse coursework as well as other subjects to do.

Your boot sequence is probably setup to boot from your floppy drive Change your CMOS settings so that it boots only from the hard drive.

You can change these settings by pressing a key or a set of keys when the system first starts up It should tell you what the key(s) are
