Hello. All my would-be pictures and images are showing up as an empty box outlined with a thin black line. There is a small icon? showing up in the extreme upper left corner of the box. The icon is a tiny box with a little colored triangle, square, and circle in it. Oddly enough, when the page with the empty box(es) are printed, the images or pictures show up!!!???

Hi--

You haven't given us enough information to go on Please resumbit your question with the following additional information:

1 What file type are your pictures? .jpg, .bmp??

2 What program are you using to try and view the pictures with?

I can tell you that the problem is not with your monitor If you are not opening the image from the program which created or downloaded it, please try that and see if it solves the problem That is, don't open the picture by double-clicking the file in Explorer.

Again, get back to us with more info Thanks.
