WHEN ITRY TO SCAN A PICTURE ERROR KEEPS COMING UP WHICH SAYS
AN ERROR OCCURRED DURING PREVIEW IF ANOTHER PROGRAM IS SCANNING,PLEASE WAIT FOR IT TO COMPLETE AND SELECT PREVIEW AGAIN.BUT THERES NO OTHER PREVIEW WHATS HAPPENING.

Thank you for your question I would need more information to help you solve this problem Such as, what kind of scanner do you have and what kind of photo program are you using That being said there are a few things you can do that may solve the problem Try contacting the the manufacturer of both the scanner and the photo program I would start at their web site first It could be a comman problem you have and they have an answer posted on their web site If they have a 1-800 phone number try talking to tech support If those ideas don't work and you are not worried about loosing any photos or have your photos stored in a file on your hard drive separate from your photo program or scanner try un-installing one or both and then install them Hope this helps.
