32MB SDRAM (added 64MB SDRAM )

I add this new memory 64MB SDRAM to my computer. Now its recognizing the memory and its faster, but I keep getting Illegal operations messages for explorer and the computer is shutting down. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

When installing RAM in your computer you must always make sure that both RAM sticks have the same amount of memory If you have a 32MB SDRAM and a 64MB SDRAM installed in your computer I suggest you taking out the 32MB If one stick has 32 and the other 64 it will not work properly After a while your computer will crash If you only installed the 64MB RAM and uninstalled the 32MB then the error message could be coming from a misplaced Ram Stick Make sure that the RAMs are inserted fully into the memory slots.
