Employment requires me to use Compuserve to get my airline schedule, so had to give up other provider. Now find that Compuserve won't let me use my Netscape Messenger and have

lost many research e-mail addresses, web sights, etc. Also

now Internet Explorer will no longer load. Please advise.

Thank You. Helen

Hi: Microsoft says that to accomplish your goal, you need to create a Dial-Up Networking connectoid that uses your existing CompuServe account to establish a Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) Internet connection After you use this Dial-up Networking connectoid to connect to the Internet, you can use Internet Explorer or any other Internet browser How to establish this connectoid is outlined in detail at the microsoft.com website (click support, then knowledge base) in article #Q142490.
